Q: What is the difference between patent, PU and leather?
A.Patent material is a man made material and has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance.
PU is short for polyurethane . It is a man made material designed to be less expensive than leather. It also has a different texture and is less shiny than patent.
Leather is the highest quality natural material and it has a texture pattern. It also is very comfortable and supple. Items made from natural leather are usually more expensive than the man-made patent and PU.
Q. How well do you stock your merchandise?
A. Generally all items are in stock, however all items are subject to availability. Our online inventory is not real-time and there may be items listed that are not currently in stock. If an item that was ordered does become unavailable, we will contact you to determine if a substitute can be used, credit towards the purchase of a different item, or wait until the item does come back in stock. Unless an item has been discontinued we do not remove the ability for a customer to purchase / place an item on backorder to ship once it is back in stock.
Q. What if I need to cancel my order?
A. Cancellation of an order is subject to a 10% surcharge and is only an option if the merchandise has not already been shipped.
Q. What methods of shipping are used?
A. We ship shoes and boots discretely through UPS (US). Please note UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box or APO/FPO Box. If you are in need of shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO address, please contact us first to determine shipping costs. This process adds an additional 5-7 days on you receiving your merchandise. All merchandise shipped through UPS is insured for free. If there is any delay, we will notify you ASAP.
If any change of shipping address is made after the order has been processed, you will be responsible for any costs incurred. We cannot change the method (ie Ground to 3 Day) once the order has been processed / shipped.

Q. What soon can I expect to receive my order?
A. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed and items are usually shipped within 3 business days. Many of our items are shipped out of California, so it will take approximately 3-5 business days after the order is shipped for the merchandise to reach your door if you have selected standard UPS Ground shipping. Depending on your location, it may take up to 10 business days after you place your order for you to receive your merchandise. Please also keep in mind that UPS does not work on weekends or holidays. If you need your merchandise sooner, we suggest that you choose a different delivery when you check out, or contact us directly about overnight delivery. Sorry but orders are not processed over the weekend. We process orders Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., CST.
